Spare Parts Pricing Manager

About the role

Kanadevia Inova, a global innovator in waste infrastructure and waste-to-X technology, is looking for a Spare Parts Pricing Manager in Bratislava. The role defines and develops international pricing strategies and guidelines for spare parts across all products and markets, and works closely with sales and order processing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and develop international pricing strategies and guidelines for spare parts across all products and markets.
• Lead spare parts categorisation, customer segmentation and implementation of a commercial pricing tool.
• Analyse past transactions in depth to set pricing baselines and support quoting and sales campaigns.
• Consolidate market and competitor feedback, develop value creation models and maintain market price information.
• Work cross-functionally with sales and order processing teams so pricing matches market reality.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics or Engineering with Business Administration training, plus proven experience in spare parts pricing and contract negotiation in a global industrial environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent conceptual and organisational skills, with a high sense of responsibility.
• Outstanding communicator and team player, assertive, flexible and service-oriented.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Indefinite employment contract with a basic gross wage of 3,100 EUR per month (minimum offered).
