Senior Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join Bloomreach’s EMEA presales team, based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia. In this customer‑facing role you will guide prospects through discovery, deliver tailored product demos and translate platform capabilities into clear business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges, existing tech stack and success criteria.
• Design and present customized product demonstrations that align with each prospect’s use cases.
• Develop solution concepts and compelling narratives that map customer requirements to Bloomreach’s AI‑driven platform.
• Collaborate with sales, product and engineering teams to ensure accurate technical positioning.
• Stay current on AI trends and incorporate AI tools to enhance productivity and presales activities.

Required profile

• Strong consultative mindset with the ability to ask insightful questions.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI‑enabled tools in daily work.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
• Motivation to grow into a trusted advisor for enterprise customers.

Required skills

• Understanding of data flows and system integrations.
• Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and enterprise sales cycles.
