Senior Software Engineer - Mobile

About the role

As a Senior Software Engineer – Mobile you will shape the next generation of Cisco Webex collaboration experiences. Working in a hybrid model from our Bratislava office, you will deliver high‑quality mobile features that reach millions of users across iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end mobile application features with minimal supervision.
• Own and evolve core mobile architecture, shared components, SDK integrations, and reusable libraries.
• Drive technical decisions for iOS or Android modules and influence broader engineering practices.
• Improve performance, startup time, battery usage, reliability, accessibility, and observability.
• Debug complex issues such as crashes, memory leaks, performance regressions, and networking problems.
• Lead release readiness, monitoring, and incident resolution for mobile apps.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers through code reviews and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product managers, UX designers, QA, and DevOps teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing iOS or Android applications.
• Proven track record shipping mobile apps in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of mobile development tools and frameworks.
• Ability to solve complex problems creatively and communicate clearly.
• Commitment to code quality, automated testing, and continuous learning.
