Senior Project Manager - Digital Operations

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at Cat Digital’s Slovakian branch, you will lead the planning, organization and implementation of program‑level initiatives within the Caterpillar portfolio. You will work closely with engineering leadership in Slovakia and Cat Digital IT teams in the United States, applying agile methodologies to deliver high‑impact digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day project activities, schedules and resources across multiple related projects.
• Develop contingency plans, monitor risks and ensure timely delivery of program benefits.
• Direct and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration among stakeholders.
• Evaluate deliverables against service expectations, quality standards and agreed timelines.
• Track project performance, identify significant deviations and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of tactical, strategic and operational planning techniques.
• Experience with project administration best practices and tools.
• Proven decision‑making and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to gather, analyse and report project data effectively.
• Familiarity with IT project control, reporting and standards.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile frameworks, especially Azure DevOps boards or Jira.
