Senior Product Manager IDV SaaS

About the role

Innovatrics is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive the development of specific areas within its Enterprise Identity Verification (IDV) platform, delivered as SaaS, private cloud, or on‑premise. You will work closely with customers, sales, engineering and professional services to turn market needs into shipped capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog for assigned area(s), write clear epics and stories, run refinement and prioritize based on customer and business input.
• Conduct product discovery with customers, prospects and sales to validate problems before committing delivery capacity.
• Define, track and act on success metrics such as activation, conversion, straight‑through‑processing rate and time‑to‑value.
• Translate validated requirements into detailed specifications with acceptance criteria for engineering.
• Represent the product in QBRs, technical evaluations and deal‑level discussions with enterprise customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SaaS products, having owned features or product areas through real customer usage.
• Strong product discovery skills – ability to run customer interviews, validate problems and turn ambiguous input into clear requirements.
• Metrics‑driven mindset: define success up‑front and use data to guide prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal English and ability to translate between technical, compliance and commercial language.

Required skills

• Experience with SaaS product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with identity verification, biometrics, fraud or compliance‑heavy domains (strong plus, not mandatory).
