Senior Medical Representative & Key Account Manager (Slovakia)

About the role

We are expanding our commercial team and seek an experienced, commercially‑driven Senior Medical Representative / Key Account Manager to lead sales growth of our pharmaceutical portfolio across Slovakia. This field‑based position involves direct interaction with hospitals, specialist clinics, outpatient care, pharmacies and other healthcare channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales of the assigned portfolio and achieve agreed targets and KPIs.
• Visit physicians, specialists, hospital pharmacists and pharmacies regularly to build relationships.
• Develop and manage key accounts, identify new business opportunities and support tender, procurement and purchasing processes.
• Prepare and execute territory and key‑account plans based on business potential.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales results, translating insights into commercial actions.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to demand and stock planning.
• Support new product launches and deliver market insights to management.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Supply & Distribution, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance while ensuring compliance with legislation and ethical standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably with Rx products in hospitals or specialist care.
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative, Key Account Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Slovak healthcare system, reimbursement and tender processes.
• Business‑oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, forecasts and data analysis.
• Ability to manage a diverse product portfolio and prioritize high‑value opportunities.
