Senior Linux Platform & Blockchain Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Linux Platform & Blockchain Operations Engineer to own, monitor and continuously improve our Linux‑based infrastructure that powers blockchain workloads. The role combines deep Linux expertise with a proactive, automation‑focused mindset in a fast‑moving crypto environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, maintain and evolve Linux infrastructure supporting blockchain services.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade and troubleshoot blockchain nodes across multiple environments.
• Ensure availability, reliability, scalability and performance through proactive monitoring, alerting and capacity planning.
• Automate operational tasks, deployments and recurring maintenance using scripting and IaC.
• Implement and enhance observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) for full operational visibility.
• Collaborate with platform, security, networking and engineering teams to deliver resilient, secure services.
• Execute routine maintenance, improve runbooks and follow change‑management processes.
• Support access‑management, security controls and compliance activities.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response and service restoration.

Required profile

• Strong fundamentals in Linux and proven experience with cloud‑based Linux operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills for incidents, performance bottlenecks and service degradation.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and collaboration across operations, platform, engineering and security teams.
