Senior Inside Sales Support Representative

About the role

The Inside Sales Support Representative will support a dedicated EMEA region, interacting with ISG Sales teams, internal customers and external partners. The role focuses on off‑loading administrative tasks from sellers to increase their efficiency and customer focus.

Key responsibilities

• Create, validate, maintain and renew contracts, including registration and proposal/price quotes.
• Design solutions, configure offerings and prepare scopes of work.
• Educate processes, test new tools and manage escalations with pricing, supply chain, product management, finance and channel functions.
• Produce audit‑ready documentation and maintain storage.

Required profile

• Excellent contract language and creation experience.
• Strong teamwork, quality improvement and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, think critically and resolve problems.
• Strong written and verbal English.
