Senior HR Business Partner – Executive Management

About the role

As a Senior HR Business Partner for Executive Management, you will support senior leaders across a multinational environment, advising on complex HR matters such as compensation, performance, and contractual issues. You will act as a trusted partner, driving HR initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise executives on cross‑border employment and HR legal matters, developing and negotiating contracts.
• Lead executive recruiting processes, from job postings to selection, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support compensation decisions using international benchmarks and prepare related documentation.
• Facilitate functional placement, succession management conferences, and performance‑potential assessments across countries.
• Prepare executive topics for governance bodies (e.g., Corporate Spokespersons’ Committee, Supervisory Boards) and represent them internationally.
• Drive the rollout of selected HR products within the client area.
• Lead strategic HR projects spanning multiple functions and countries, representing Executive Management in cross‑functional initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in business administration, law, international management or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, preferably international corporate setting.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders up to top‑management level.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes: performance management, compensation, talent management, and succession planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international context.
