Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide in‑depth economic and financial analysis across multiple operations finance areas for EMEA manufacturing plants. This role supports strategic decision‑making, ensures cost visibility, and drives process improvements through digital analytics and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑end close activities, performing variance analysis across variable costs, fixed costs, capex, headcount and other categories.
• Prepare and maintain rolling financial forecasts and budgets for all EMEA operations, uploading data to HFM/Hyperion Planning (transitioning to EPM).
• Manage spend transparency, turning complex spend data into actionable insights and supporting cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Develop and track capital expenditure reporting across plants.
• Deliver scalable headcount analytics, collaborating with HR to ensure accurate workforce classification.
• Consolidate KPIs and monitor performance across the region.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions, reducing reliance on manual Excel files.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting efficiency and data quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to independently manage a broad scope of responsibilities and deliver high‑quality analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Experience working with senior leadership, plant managers and controllers.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into clear business insights.
