Senior Finance Analyst – FP&A Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Ultrasound Finance Team in Košice. You will lead end‑to‑end planning cycles, own the monthly close for G&A and M&S cost centers, and turn financial insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and monthly financial close for designated cost centers.
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, variance analysis and deliver clear financial commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with functional leaders to challenge assumptions, drive disciplined investment decisions and optimize costs.
• Serve as subject‑matter expert for Jedox, managing forecasting cycles, allocation processes and system enhancements.
• Develop and standardise dashboards, KPIs and executive‑level reporting packages.
• Drive automation and digital transformation using AI, advanced Excel and planning tools.
• Coordinate headquarters allocation processes and support internal control requests and ad‑hoc reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA, CPA or CFA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or accounting, including cost controlling and monthly close.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities with a focus on variance and trend analysis.
