Senior Director, Global HR Shared Services

About the role

The Senior Director, Global HR Shared Services leads Veralto’s worldwide HR service model, driving a digital‑first, AI‑enabled approach that delivers consistent, high‑quality employee experiences. Reporting to the VP of HR Transformation & Services, this remote position shapes strategy, builds teams, and partners with the business to enable scalable, technology‑driven HR delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi‑year global HR Shared Services strategy, embedding AI‑enabled, productized services.
• Lead a globally distributed organization across Tier 1‑3 teams, meeting SLAs and experience targets.
• Partner with Global Process Owners to standardize hire‑to‑retire workflows, automate routing, and harmonize the service catalog.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation, self‑service adoption, and workflow optimization.
• Implement daily demand management using real‑time analytics, predictive insights, and experience data.
• Act as a visible change leader, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and sustained behavioral shift.
• Build and develop a future‑ready team culture focused on experimentation and customer centricity.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading global HR Shared Services across the United States, Europe, and APAC.
• Strong track record of delivering technology‑driven HR service models at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage stakeholders, and foster continuous improvement.
