Senior Digital & AI Program Manager

About the role

Wellspect Healthcare is seeking a Senior Digital & AI Program Manager to lead its enterprise-wide digitalization and artificial intelligence transformation initiatives within the Information & Digital Technology function. Reporting to the Vice President of IDT, you will translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes and ensure alignment with the company’s overall mission.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously evolve the Digital & AI transformation roadmap, aligning it with business priorities and enterprise strategy.
• Govern the AI investment pipeline, handling intake, prioritization, business case development, and leadership reporting.
• Establish and maintain AI governance frameworks, including tool registries, acceptable‑use policies, and compliance with GDPR and ISO 13485.
• Define and track program success metrics such as adoption rates, efficiency gains, process improvements, and overall business impact.
• Coordinate a network of Functional AI Champions across Commercial, R&D, Operations, Medical Affairs, and Finance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify, qualify, and prioritize AI and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale digital and AI transformation programs in a complex, regulated environment.
• Strong ability to connect technology initiatives with operational priorities and business strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience establishing governance structures and reporting frameworks for AI investments.
