Senior Clinical Project Manager (Oncology)

About the role

IQVIA Biotech is recruiting an experienced CPM/Senior Clinical Project Manager to lead oncology clinical studies, ensuring delivery speed, quality and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Execute clinical studies or study portions per contract while optimizing speed, quality and cost.
• Set objectives for the core project team, communicate expectations and assess performance.
• Develop integrated study management plans and collaborate with functional groups to achieve milestones.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain project quality.
• Maintain financial success of the project, forecast opportunities and manage scope changes.
• Serve as primary or backup contact with the customer, building and leading cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including over 1 year in project management.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial conduct and ICH GCP regulations.
• Understanding of project financials, contractual obligations and change control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and mentor less‑experienced members.
