Senior Accounts Payable Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Accountant to join our Shared Service Centre. You will work with experienced finance professionals across the region, handling end‑to‑end AP processes and supporting treasury activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the AP mailbox, respond to queries and process invoices promptly.
• Administer vendor master data in SAP and Coupa, including creation and maintenance.
• Handle purchase order administration, invoicing, and approval flows through Coupa.
• Prepare payment proposals, post payments, and manage bank handling activities.
• Follow up vendor ageing, resolve outstanding items, and support month‑end and year‑end closing for AP.
• Ensure correct VAT administration on incoming invoices.
• Maintain AP checklists, controls and deadlines.
• Work with systems such as SAP, Coupa, RSO and IPOWER.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar AP role.
• Fluent English (spoken and written, B2 level).
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Excellent organizational and technical abilities with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment and collaborate within a team.
