Security Coordinator Slovakia

About the role

H&M Group is hiring a Security Coordinator for Slovakia, a full-time position based in Bratislava on a local contract. The role covers 29 stores and supports the execution of security, compliance and audit programmes across the Sales Market. It is hands-on and operational, working closely with store and area teams to ensure stores follow security standards, action plans and safety and loss prevention processes. The post reports to the Security Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up security compliance programmes across stores, areas and the Sales Market.
• Plan and run store audits and internal monitoring in line with Green Security Standards.
• Drive security requirements and action plans with store and area teams and report audit results, deviations and follow-ups using company tools.
• Support store management in meeting audit expectations and communicate required actions and priorities.
• Promote security standards and run awareness and training initiatives to strengthen safety and security culture.
• Support Yearly Stock Take (YST) with preparation, store visits and troubleshooting, and help inventory accuracy in priority stores.
• Contribute to loss prevention and support investigations into fraud and compliance incidents.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience preferred; security, loss prevention or similar experience is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of store operations and security procedures.
• Experience following processes, guidelines and action plans.
• Good written and spoken English; native or fluent Slovak with excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, comfortable working hands-on in stores and clear communicator.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with reporting tools and systems.
• Knowledge of stock and inventory processes and experience reporting incidents and supporting investigations are advantages.

• Monthly salary from 1,400 EUR gross.
