About the role
Shift4payments is looking for a Seasonal Worker to support its Central European hub. The role focuses on the physical processing of TFS documents, ensuring fast and accurate handling in line with service requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare processed documents for archiving and retrieval, following systematic procedures.
- Meet speed targets for sorting, preparation, scanning, and archiving within defined timeframes.
- Sort and correct errors in processed batches according to team instructions.
- Check and destroy receipts after scanning preparation.
- Achieve defined KPIs and handle additional administrative tasks related to document processing.
Required profile
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic to intermediate English language skills.
- Proactive, analytical thinking and strong communication abilities.
- Student in vocational secondary school, grammar school, or university.
