Sales Specialist – Freight Forwarding

About the role

Logwin is looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join its forwarding team in Bratislava. You will focus on acquiring new customers for sea, air and rail freight services while supporting existing accounts in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct telephone outreach to prospective customers for freight forwarding services.
• Build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
• Achieve defined sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate closely with a Sales Representative in a tandem sales model.
• Create, validate and manage prospect databases.
• Support the servicing of existing customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telephone sales or customer outreach.
• Willingness to learn the freight forwarding market and Logwin’s processes.
• Strong command of English.
• Proactive, result‑oriented attitude with a commitment to meet targets.
