Sales Representative

About the role

A growing online platform is looking for a Sales Representative to expand its network of restaurant and hospitality partners across Bratislava and the surrounding region. The role focuses on new business development, contract negotiation, partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and proactively approach new restaurant and hospitality partners.
• Present the platform, services and benefits of partnership to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms and secure new partnership agreements.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to set up accounts and support system integrations.
• Guide new partners through onboarding and resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information in Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Monitor the local market and competitor activity.
• Travel within the assigned region as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or business development, preferably within HoReCa, FMCG, online services or a related sector.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel within the region.
