Sales & Marketing Director – Lead Revenue Growth

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Director will own and lead the entire revenue generation function, unifying sales and marketing under one strategic umbrella. Reporting directly to company leadership, you will build a predictable, scalable growth engine that consistently delivers qualified leads and converts them into long‑term clients for Hustler Marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Audit existing sales and marketing processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements.
• Develop and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and manage lead generation systems across SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
• Oversee the full funnel from first client touchpoint to signed contracts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing sales and marketing team as the function matures.
• Collaborate with service and cross‑functional teams to align initiatives with revenue targets.
