Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive our B2B e‑commerce growth in the Slovak and Czech markets. You will shape and execute the sales strategy, turning leads into long‑term clients while collaborating closely with product and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead the sales strategy for ui42, targeting e‑commerce clients.
• Identify, contact and qualify potential customers, converting leads into contracts.
• Achieve ambitious sales targets in both Slovak and Czech markets.
• Explore new market opportunities and strategic partnerships for company expansion.
• Present comprehensive solutions covering development, CX design, UX testing, performance marketing and AI tools.
• Develop long‑term client relationships and negotiate follow‑up deals.
• Monitor industry trends and uncover additional business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure high‑quality client service.

Required profile

• Competitive, charismatic with proven B2B sales experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Ability to sell complex, value‑added services.
• Strong orientation in CMS, web technologies, CX design and performance marketing.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in Slovak and English.
• Positive attitude toward numbers and a drive to exceed targets.
