Sales Director – Eastern Europe (Flexible Location)

About the role

Dormer Pramet is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead its Eastern Europe sales area, covering the Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Ukraine and selected export markets. You will set the strategic direction for regional sales, align with global targets and drive growth through innovative, digital‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy in line with global objectives and marketing plans.
• Lead a sales organization of approximately 60 people, fostering the Dormer Pramet culture and values.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, gather insights and continuously refine the local business plan to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration, share best practices and drive synergies across the region.
• Report to the VP Sales and contribute as a member of the management team.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technical product sales and customer interfacing within a global environment.
• Proven leadership of large, multi‑country sales teams.
• Relevant degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of the industry, product portfolio and company culture.
• Experience in marketing and ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
