About the role
UPS is looking for a motivated individual to join its Bratislava hub as an International Transport Coordinator. You will be part of a global logistics network, ensuring smooth planning and execution of air and ground shipments while supporting customs processes.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate air and ground transport operations.
- Support customs procedures and documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational assistance.
- Communicate with customers and carriers to ensure service quality.
- Report activities and performance to supervisors.
- Collaborate with UPS teams worldwide.
Required profile
- Completed secondary education.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in PC usage and Microsoft Office.
- Independent, careful, and proactive attitude.
- Logistics experience is a plus.
