Quality Engineer (Cloud Services)

About the role

You will own features end‑to‑end, from specification and code to testing and production behavior. This individual‑contributor position has no direct reports, and you are accountable for ensuring that what you ship actually works, using both manual judgment and AI‑assisted tools.

Key responsibilities

• Own feature quality end‑to‑end, from specification through production.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks and ensure robust test coverage.
• Define testing strategy early, identify risks, edge cases and failure scenarios.
• Validate changes with clear evidence, support incident analysis and improve automated testing based on production issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in software quality engineering and automated testing.
• Strong ability to read application code, identify risks and translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria.
• Experience with production systems, incident analysis and improving test coverage.
