QA Automation Engineer

About the role

As a QA Automation Engineer at Capco, you will ensure the highest quality of software solutions delivered to leading banks and insurance companies. You will design, implement and maintain automated test frameworks that validate functional behavior and performance of financial services applications.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute automated test methods and frameworks for complex banking applications.
• Investigate failures, analyse root causes and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
• Define and apply quality‑assurance best practices that support business development initiatives.
• Document defects, gather metrics and provide KPI reports for management.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to continuously improve QA standards across projects.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for software quality.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, hybrid team.
