Project Quality Manager

About the role

Kanadevia Inova seeks a Project Quality Manager to lead quality assurance for waste‑to‑value projects. You will act as the primary quality liaison between the Project Director and the customer, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality strategies, manage QA/QC requirements, and proactively identify risks for non‑conformities.
• Oversee quality control, inspections, and documentation to meet project objectives and regulatory standards.
• Train and support project teams on quality systems, tools, and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in project or site quality management, especially with welded constructions.
• Proficiency in English; German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Required skills

• Knowledge of EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090 and ASME BPVC standards.
• Expertise in welding (e.g., IWE) and NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT).
• Experience with corrosion protection techniques (e.g., FROSIO).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, and relevant EU directives (PED 2014/68/EU, MRL 2006/42/EC).
