Project Quality Manager

About the role

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Project Quality Manager to lead quality assurance for EPC Waste‑to‑X projects. You will act as the primary quality interface between the Project Director/Manager and the customer, ensuring that all regulatory and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality strategies, manage QA/QC requirements and proactively identify risks of non‑conformities.
• Oversee quality control activities, inspections and documentation to meet project objectives and regulatory standards.
• Train and support project teams on quality systems, tools and processes, fostering continuous adherence to standards.
• Drive continuous improvement using 8D/RCA, CAPA, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on quality issues and resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Waste‑to‑X, power generation or oil & gas project/site quality management, including welded constructions.
• Knowledge of harmonised standards (EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090) and ASME BPVC.
• Expertise in welding inspection (IWE) and NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT) and corrosion protection (FROSIO).
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D tools and relevant EU directives (PED 2014/68/EU, MRL 2006/42/EC).
• Proficient in English; German or French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20 % of the time.
