Project Portfolio & Finance Partner (m/f)

About the role

As part of the GBS+ unit, you will support Business Partner and Financial Management activities for Adhesive Technologies, helping to run an efficient project portfolio and financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate demand and project pipelines with project managers and team leads, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Prepare and maintain portfolio reports, presentations, KPIs and management information for the Digital Technology Committee.
• Support budget planning, forecasting, cost monitoring and reporting, including invoice tracking and budget reconciliation.
• Collaborate with Commercials, Group Financial Controlling and other stakeholders on operational finance topics.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, PMO, portfolio management or IT business support.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
