Project Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Schneider Electric is looking for a Project Logistics Coordinator to join its Customer Projects Operations team in Slovakia. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end logistics on international customer projects, ensuring that procurement, shipping, and delivery align with project budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the logistics lifecycle of international projects, from purchase order creation to final delivery.
• Analyse and design complete logistics flows, taking into account customer requirements, destination country, shipping constraints, packaging, customs, Incoterms and payment terms.
• Anticipate and mitigate logistics risks throughout project execution.
• Launch purchase orders, obtain order acknowledgements and monitor supplier progress.
• Ensure supplier contractual terms are fulfilled according to project needs.
• Organise deliveries, including packing, transport, customs formalities, certifications and insurance.
• Issue and validate shipping, transport and customs documentation.
• Liaise with 3PL providers to define and execute international transportation plans.
• Implement actions that meet project objectives and drive customer satisfaction.
• Follow internal procedures and templates at every project stage.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in logistics or international business.
• Excellent English communication skills; French or Spanish is a plus.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar logistics role with international exposure.
• Experience in fast‑moving operations or project‑focused environments.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to work autonomously.
• Willingness to undertake occasional foreign business trips.
