Program Manager – 2‑year Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

Join Mondelēz International’s Transformation & Strategy Team as a Program Manager. You will lead strategic, cross‑functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and ready for launch.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and align plans with cross‑functional teams and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.
• Own project lifecycles, managing budgets, timelines, build quality, testing and operational readiness.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, escalating to global leads when necessary.
• Drive consistency and quality using appropriate methodologies and tools.
• Provide regular program‑level reporting, status updates and lead stakeholder meetings.
• Coach and mentor project managers to build capability across the organization.
• Lead budget management, resource planning and utilization.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring quality throughout delivery phases.

Required profile

• Proven program management experience delivering large, multi‑region projects.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with tactical teams up to steering committees.
• Strong project planning ability with proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Deep knowledge of business processes and related technology solutions.
• Effective stakeholder management and influence on decision‑making.
• Focus on cost‑effective innovation and quality in program delivery.
• Demonstrated capability to build and lead effective cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong conceptual problem‑solving skills.
