Program Management Office Lead (ERP Program)

About the role

This is a senior Program Management Office (PMO) role within a large-scale, international ERP program. You will drive integrated oversight across a complex portfolio of projects, keeping scope, resources, timelines and budgets under control, and act as a senior point of coordination between global project managers and cross-functional stakeholders. The position is based in Slovakia or Costa Rica.

Key responsibilities

• Own integrated multi-project planning, including resource and budget planning
• Coordinate demand and portfolio management, including rolling forecasts and timely collection of accruals
• Lead the setup and governance of individual projects in line with the SDLC process, and track project status, risks and financials
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting to program leadership
• Support procurement activities and manage relationships with internal and external partners
• Help develop and refine PMO processes and ways of working

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant field such as business informatics or business management, or equivalent professional experience
• Substantial experience in project or program management in a complex, international environment or comparable consulting context
• Confident managing integrated multi-project plans, budgets and resource forecasts
• Experience managing external partners and vendors and navigating procurement processes
• Strong communication in English, written and spoken; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Hands-on experience in SAP environments
• Project management tools such as Smartsheet
• Understanding of the full project management lifecycle and SDLC practices
