Production Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Production Supervisor to join our new manufacturing facility in Nove Mesto. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team of over 60 staff, driving total production efficiency and supporting the growth of one of Ireland’s leading engineering companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of 60+ personnel, ensuring production targets are met.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to output, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, Scheduler, Team Leaders, Project Engineers, Logistics and stores to meet deadlines.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings, return‑to‑work interviews and performance reviews.
• Implement health and safety standards and promote a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of senior supervision or management experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• Recognised mechanical or electrical qualification.
• Proven ability to lead teams to achieve production targets in a customer‑focused setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organisational levels.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/MRP electronic production control systems.
