Production Supervisor

About the role

As a Production Supervisor you will lead daily manufacturing activities at our Potvorice plant, ensuring that production schedules, quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations, monitoring output, quality and efficiency.
• Motivate and guide a team of production workers, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with maintenance, logistics and other departments to resolve issues and optimise processes.
• Maintain accurate production records, work orders and shift reports.
• Participate in planning meetings for schedule and capacity planning.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Assist in preparing and managing the production budget.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 4 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production processes, equipment and health‑and‑safety regulations.
