Product Manager – Supply Chain Due Diligence & Responsible Business Practices

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Supply Chain Due Diligence and Responsible Business Practices services. You will help clients navigate regulatory changes, responsible sourcing expectations, and supply‑chain risks across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance service offerings for supply‑chain due diligence and responsible business practices.
• Create and maintain assessment methodologies, audit protocols, tools, and technical guidance.
• Act as subject‑matter expert on due‑diligence regulations and responsible business practices.
• Support auditor qualification, training, and competence development.
• Lead or participate in audits, assessments, supplier evaluations, and gap analyses.
• Provide technical support for customer projects, proposals, and strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with sales teams on presentations, workshops, webinars, and business‑development initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments, market trends, and emerging customer needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Law, Social Sciences or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of experience in supply‑chain due diligence, sustainability, ESG, responsible sourcing, social compliance, auditing, risk management or compliance.
• Experience conducting audits, assessments, supplier evaluations or compliance reviews.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; German or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in an international, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of supply‑chain due‑diligence frameworks and regulations (e.g., EU, OECD guidance).
