Product Manager – Capture, Liveness & Document Verification

About the role

Innovatrics is looking for a Product Manager to lead the capture‑and‑trust technology that sits between users and identity systems. You will own the roadmap for selfie and document capture, liveness detection, injection‑attack and deep‑fake defence, and document verification across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain a single roadmap for the entire capture‑and‑trust area, balancing attack coverage, user friction, certification milestones and new capabilities.
• Manage two Product Owners, align their backlogs with the roadmap, and ensure coherent value streams.
• Establish the platform contract – service definition, SDK specifications, release cadence, versioning and deprecation strategy.
• Lead certification planning (ISO/IEC 30107‑3, CEN/TS 18099) and translate red‑team findings into roadmap decisions.
• Set and track metrics such as detection performance, capture success, time‑to‑capture, lead time from request to consumable capability, and certification status.

Required profile

• Several years of product management experience on technical platforms, SDKs or security products consumed by other teams or developers.
• Proven ability to work with ML researchers, understand evaluation reports and make data‑driven trade‑offs.
• Strong communication skills in English; Slovak or Czech not required.
• Experience leading product owners or managers and influencing cross‑functional teams without formal authority.
