Process Manager – Source to Pay (S2P)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Manager to lead the end‑to‑end Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) transformation within KONE Business Services. Reporting to the Head of KBS Source‑to‑Pay, you will own the purchasing sub‑processes and ensure seamless flow from order placement to invoice processing and payments.

Key responsibilities

• Program‑manage E2E S2P transformation initiatives, with a focus on the Purchasing HUB.
• Develop, maintain and communicate clear transformation roadmaps and the “KONE Way” operating model.
• Collaborate with Global Business Lines, Functions and Global Process Owners to align processes and documentation.
• Define and report E2E process KPIs in a common tool and drive standardisation.
• Support operating model development, monitor process compliance and drive Lean improvements.
• Partner with operations and Business Partner functions to identify and implement improvement areas.
• Participate in AI, automation and harmonisation projects related to S2P.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of international experience in P2P, either in Finance or Sourcing.
• Proven ability to drive and manage change in a matrix environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with root‑cause analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and continuous‑learning attitude.
• Good understanding of SAP ERP and related P2P solutions.
• Ability to document, communicate preferred ways of working and identify deviations constructively.
