Process Associate – English & European Language (KBS)

About the role

The Sell to Cash team in Bratislava is looking for a Business Support Associate to ensure smooth execution of contracting processes and data administration. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, applying LEAN principles and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system.
• Communicate effectively with team members and colleagues from different countries.
• Embrace LEAN principles and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel.
