Privacy and Cyber Operations Specialist

About the role

Ralliant is seeking a Privacy and Cyber Operations Specialist to support its global privacy and cybersecurity compliance programs. The role will help build automated processes, manage workflows, and coordinate across Legal, Information Security, IT, Procurement, and business teams. You will translate regulatory requirements such as GDPR, CCPA, and NIS2 into actionable policies.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to develop and maintain privacy and cybersecurity compliance procedures, trackers, registrations, and calendars.
• Design scalable, automated workflows for privacy impact assessments, data‑subject requests, and related processes.
• Coordinate privacy reviews of vendors, products, systems, and business processes.
• Support incident response for data breaches and other privacy incidents.
• Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs across the organization.
• Prepare privacy metrics, dashboards, status reports, and audit‑ready documentation for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in law, information security, data analytics, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity compliance, legal operations, or regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, judgment, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience supporting multinational privacy or cybersecurity compliance programs.

Required skills

• Power BI (or similar AI/automation tools) for building dashboards and automating routine procedures.
• AI automation tools for streamlining privacy‑related workflows.
