About the role

We are looking for a cashier to cover a temporary absence due to sick leave at our store in Devínska Nová Ves, Bratislava. The role involves handling cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate receipts and maintaining the cash desk area.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register, process cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts for customer purchases.
• Collect cash and securely transfer the day's takings to the safe together with the required documentation.
• Verify the correctness of weight‑scale data during purchases to prevent losses.
• Maintain the merchandise displayed in the checkout zone, keeping the area tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Strong customer orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Responsible handling of cash and adherence to company procedures.
• Team‑player attitude with reliable execution of assigned tasks.
• Previous experience operating a cash register or handling cash transactions is an advantage.
