Part‑time Student HR Assistant

About the role

Join Adient’s HR department as a part‑time student assistant, supporting daily HR operations while gaining hands‑on experience in a global automotive seating company. This hybrid position allows you to work both on‑site and remotely up to three days a week.

Key responsibilities

• Administer internal systems such as Workday, SharePoint, and Excel‑based databases.
• Prepare contracts, contract amendments, and audit employee files.
• Generate HR reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Create internal communication materials (invitations, nameplates, feedback forms, etc.).
• Support fleet scheduling and event organization.
• Perform ad‑hoc tasks related to HR and Learning & Development initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled university student.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) and native or C2‑level Slovak.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week for the upcoming year.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and quick learner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude.
