Operations Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day warehouse and logistics activities in Topoľčany. The role focuses on ensuring safe, high‑quality, on‑time delivery while driving continuous improvement and strong customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations, guaranteeing safety, quality and on‑time delivery.
• Manage and develop operational teams, including supervisors, fostering accountability and performance.
• Maintain high quality, process and customer standards and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Drive Lean initiatives such as 5S, Standardised Work and process optimisation.
• Monitor performance metrics across safety, quality, delivery, cost and people, using data to drive improvements.
• Support transformation projects, system changes and broader operational initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and business partners.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction and efficiency opportunities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of management experience in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Background in logistics, automotive, manufacturing, industrial or a related sector.
• Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean, continuous improvement and process optimisation.
• Confidence using data to identify issues, determine root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level) with a focus on safety, quality and customer service.
