Operational Performance & Logistics Associate

About the role

The Operational Performance & Logistics Associate works closely with the line manager to drive network KPI and budget targets within the Slovak market. You will continuously improve operational processes, ensure smooth delivery experiences for partners, and support logistics experiments and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the line manager in improving network outcomes such as on‑time delivery, delivery times, undelivered orders and courier rejections.
• Own operational configurations including courier fees, incentives, utilisation, assignment logic and cost functions, and implement them with central team support.
• Evaluate potential changes from analytical and pragmatic perspectives, communicate implications and influence stakeholders.
• Leverage statistical and predictive modelling tools to identify zone‑level trends and share actionable insights.
• Propose, execute and assess network experiments in partnership with analytics and optimisation teams.
• Provide ad‑hoc project support for playbook documentation, new zone launches, zone throttling, key city initiatives and hour extensions.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities through root‑cause investigations and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align priorities and share best practices.
