About the role

Sika is seeking an experienced and motivated sales representative for distribution sales in the Nitriansky kraj region. The role focuses on building‑chemical products such as insulation systems, renders, coatings, waterproofing, adhesives, flooring and sealing materials.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Sika products across Slovakia, specializing in insulation, renders, coatings, waterproofing, adhesives, flooring and sealing materials.
• Provide technical support and product portfolio sales in the assigned areas.
• Organize regional sales activities, achieve set commercial plans and targets.
• Maintain existing customers and actively seek new business opportunities in western Slovakia.
• Present products and services, prepare price offers, give technical advice and conduct site visits.
• Deliver presentations, trainings and specialist lectures.
• Conduct market research, monitor regional developments and competitor activity.
• Handle complaints, prepare protocols and photo documentation.
• Report sales activities accurately and regularly.
• Monitor customer payment discipline and ensure compliance with internal policies and IMS requirements.

Required profile

• Commercial and financial awareness.
• Active listening and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel; holder of a category B driving licence.
• English language knowledge is an advantage.
• Construction‑related education or experience in sales is a plus.
