Mobility Account Manager (US Hours) – Hybrid in Bratislava

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Mobility Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor for B2B clients throughout their mobility journey. Working US business hours, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring they receive high‑quality service while identifying opportunities to expand the relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers via phone, email and online collaboration tools.
• Proactively manage contract renewals, extensions, upgrades and service improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and monitor customer satisfaction.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and support quote‑to‑cash processes from request to billing.
• Collaborate with internal sales, product, marketing and support teams, as well as external vendors, to deliver seamless service.
• Stay up‑to‑date on mobility service offerings, campaigns and market trends to provide relevant recommendations.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
• Experience managing B2B accounts and driving customer retention.
• Ability to analyse customer needs and propose suitable mobility solutions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mobility services and related product portfolios.
