Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical & Solutions Support Expert

About the role

Erste Digital, part of Erste Group, the largest banking group in Central and Eastern Europe, is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Technical & Solutions Support Expert. You will independently deliver high-quality solutions across the Sales and Customer Insights Journeys modules, working on complex customizations, integrations and continuous improvement of CRM organizations, with exposure to financial industry use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support (incident and problem management) and change management for Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys.
• Perform CRM customizations and develop custom web resources (JavaScript, HTML) and plugins.
• Enhance and maintain integrations (SSIS integration packages, Cloud Flows).
• Work on Power BI paginated reports.
• Contribute to agile delivery using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and CI/CD practices.
• Explore new release wave features, including Copilot, and proactively propose improvements.
• Diagnose and reverse-engineer existing logic to deliver stable, scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to turn requirements into robust technical designs, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, other IT teams and vendors.
• Follow up on internal governance, service management, strategic planning and delivery coordination.

Required profile

• Solid hands-on experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft SQL Server and Google Cloud Platform.
• Confidence in plugin development, JavaScript/TypeScript and building SSIS integrations.
• Ability to dig deep into technical problems and deliver clean, well-tested solutions.
• Experience in the financial industry (including strategic planning) is a plus.
• Certifications such as Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate, Power BI Data Analyst Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate are preferred.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
