Material Supply Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and solution‑oriented Material Supply Specialist to join our global inbound supply chain team. You will ensure material availability across GPV’s worldwide operations, work with suppliers, sourcing teams and production sites, and help mitigate supply risks to meet customer commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor material availability and identify potential supply risks.
• Analyse shortages and critical material situations using ERP, Targit and QlikSense.
• Source and secure critical materials from suppliers and the open market.
• Place purchase orders and follow up on deliveries, working closely with sites and global sourcing teams.

Required profile

• Experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
