Market Research & Business Development Manager – European Partner Markets

About the role

Medison is expanding its Business Development team across European Partner Markets (EPM). The Manager will lead market research and partnership evaluation activities, supporting the full BD journey from initial contact to deal closure in key countries such as Poland, Romania and Czechia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the global Business Development team to guide partners through the BD process.
• Drive evaluation of BD opportunities in selected EPM markets and develop comprehensive business cases.
• Lead commercial assessments and consolidate insights for presentation to potential partners.
• Design and execute secondary and primary market research covering clinical, regulatory, reimbursement and commercial aspects.
• Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts to validate unmet‑need analyses and market entry pathways.
• Maintain awareness of the BD landscape, identify new opportunities and prepare written analysis reports.

Required profile

• Proven ability to quickly understand new therapeutic areas and complex regulatory environments.
• Systematic work ethic with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech business development, market research, or related fields.
• Fluency in English; additional European language skills are a plus.
