Manufacturing Engineer – New Product Team

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our New Product team in Nove Mesto, Slovakia. You will apply your knowledge of product design, materials and components to develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods while supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve manufacturing methods, tools, equipment and assembly processes.
• Prepare and maintain production documentation for new projects, prototypes and pre‑series production.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and resolve technical issues on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with technical and cross‑functional teams to produce cost estimates and support equipment procurement.
• Participate in lean projects with the Lean Supervisor to eliminate waste.

Required profile

• University degree in electrical or electronic engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in electrical engineering.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Innovative thinking and strong teamwork skills.
• Accuracy, precision and practical problem‑solving ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD and CAD/CAM systems.
• Ability to create and read electrical documentation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially Lean Manufacturing.
