Maintenance Supervisor – New Site (Topoľčany)

About the role

We are supporting the opening of a new site in Topoľčany and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join the team at this exciting stage. You will oversee day‑to‑day maintenance activities, ensuring equipment and facilities remain safe, reliable and operational.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team and daily activities.
• Manage preventative and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimise downtime.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Develop maintenance processes, procedures and standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and site requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a maintenance supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical maintenance knowledge.
• Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and team leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working in a new‑site/start‑up environment.
