Logistics Coordinator

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator ensures smooth order fulfillment and transportation across international borders. You will act as the main point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal teams to guarantee timely deliveries and accurate customs documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process and close orders in the system, arranging transportation and maintaining records.
• Notify customers when goods are packed and coordinate delivery/unloading time slots.
• Prepare and submit customs documents (ATR, EUR.1, EX1, COO, COC) together with supporting invoices.
• Obtain and manage freight rates, handle return transports, address changes, and shipment redirections.
• Communicate with carriers, external partners, and the Chamber of Commerce regarding transportation and customs clearance.
• Report order fulfillment status to internal customers and resolve process anomalies.
• Participate in annual inventory counts and support XPO‑related activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of international export regulations and procedures.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Flexibility and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
